Mr. Feldman founded his practice in April, 2003 in response to a growing demand from highly educated and technically skilled immigrants seeking an attorney with the background to understand their work. 

Mr. Feldman limits his practice to U.S. Federal Law with special emphasis on Immigration and Aviation law.
