The Department of State has an updated inadmissibility waiver chart.  This is an excellent place to start if you want to research waivers.  Note -  this chart assumes a good understanding of the immigration law and procedures.  If you need a waiver or think you might need a waiver you should retain a competent immigration attorney to advise you.
