Fiscal Year 2010 (October 1, 2009 - September 30, 2010)  HHS Poverty Guidelines have been delayed and are just now being published.  HHS explains in its August 3, 2010 notice in the Federal Register that the guidelines were delayed by Congress to prevent an adverse impact on recipients of means tested government benefits.
