Field: Life Science Imaging

The USCIS has approved another O-1 outstanding ability petition and changed the beneficiary's status to O-1.  This was a challenging case because the unique fact pattern was significantly different from typical science and technology cases.  An extremely tight timeline was an additional challenge.  From start to finish case preparation was a mere 3 weeks and the case was approved without an RFE in just 17 days.  Note: these timelines are atypical and cases may take significantly longer depending on the circumstances.
