Field of Expertise - Optical Imaging

We are pleased to report the approval during summer 2008 of an O-1 petition where the field of expertise is optical imaging.  We were able to demonstrate that the beneficiary is one of the few who has risen to the top of her field of expertise.  Circumstances dictated a mere three week time frame from start to filing. We worked aggressively with our client to meet the deadline.  The petition was filed on time and was approved after a mere 17 days without the need for premium processing.
