An introduction to the factors the CIS looks at and how meeting the regulatory requirements impact the case. Evidence that the professor or researcher is recognized internationally as outstanding in the academic field specified in the petition. Such evidence shall consist of at least two of the following:


The phrase "at least two of the following" does not mean "two of the following are enough," it means that unless two of the types of evidence are presented the petition cannot be approved.  The evidence you present must tend to prove the case.
